The sport’s committee are here to support and encourage participation in various sporting activities. Keeping active with a healthy diet promotes good health and mental wellbeing.

We are delighted to inform you that we have several people within our community who have gained coaching qualifications in various sports such as Football, Cricket & Tennis. If you are interested in joining the following activities please get in touch with the relevant lead.

A few words from Mineshbhai

I have been coaching in both Football and Tennis, and quite recently also organised a few Basketball sessions for Junior members of the community. Over the years I have seen so much sporting talent out there amongst our community, our kids playing in various leagues at competitive level, not just in Football but also Cricket and Netball. We have some very talented Pool and Snooker players out there amongst us, and I know some of the older youth play Football on  a regular basis. There is interest out there amongst us in Golf, Yoga, Walking Clubs and even Swimming. No matter which it is, we all recognise that regular activities of such is the key for us to stay healthy, keep fit, working in teams, self discipline but having a competitive edge as well, and most importantly to have fun and socialise.
